Deep hole drilling & boring - Our Deep Hole Drilling machine is one of the longest in the UAE and has the capability to Drill up to a length of 12 meters / 40 ft in one pass with a diameter from 2” / 50.8mm to 13.5” / 342 mm. The Honing machine can hone in one pass a length of 10 meters / 33 ft and a diameter from 2” / 50.8mm to 20” / 500mm. Advanced tooling and skilled operators with hands-on experience will optimise the production settings depending on the material and finish required. Perfect Tools possesses BTA deep hole drilling machines that can accurately drill holes from Ø25.40mm upto Ø254.00mm (Ø 1.00” to Ø10.00” diameter).Our gun drilling machines are capable of drilling precision holes from Ø3.00mm upto Ø35.00mm (Ø0.118” upto Ø1.378” diameter) and can maintain accuracy in extreme depth-to-diameter ratios.We have 3-off deep hole drilling machines, 1-off honing machine and 2-off gun-drilling machines in our repertoire.We have the capability to hone up to 5000mm in length.
