The PFC Filter with Bottom Access is designed for extracting dust and wood chips generated during woodworking processes in small to medium sized companies
Contaminated air enters the settling chamber where heavier particles are separated by gravity into nylon collection bags, while finer dust particles are retained by high efficiency filtering sleeves, allowing clean air to be discharged from the top of the unit
An integrated electric vibrator located in the upper section automatically cleans the sleeves for 10 to 12 seconds at the end of each production cycle when the fan is idle, ensuring consistent performance and longer filter life
The unit is supplied as standard with an electric fan, electric control panel, filter fan coupling, electric vibrator, pure cotton filtering sleeves, sleeve fastening bands, assembly hardware, instruction and maintenance manual, and CE marking, with optional polyester satin sleeves available
Noise levels are measured at 1.5 m on four cardinal points, with 5 percent power tolerance and +3 percent dBA noise tolerance
