Features

The PFB Filter is specially designed for extracting dust and wood chips generated during woodworking processes and is configured for installation on a briquetting machine
Contaminated air enters the settling chamber where heavier particles are separated by gravity into the filter cone and then directed into the briquetting machine container, while finer particles are captured by high efficiency filtering sleeves, allowing clean air to be discharged from the top of the unit
An integrated electric vibrator positioned in the upper section automatically cleans the sleeves for 10 to 12 seconds at the end of each production cycle to maintain consistent filtration efficiency
The unit is supplied as standard with an electric fan, electric control panel, filter and fan coupling, counter flange for the electric fan, sleeve locking bands, pure cotton filtering sleeves, assembly hardware, use and maintenance booklet, and CE marking, with optional polyester satin sleeves available
Noise levels are measured at 1.5 meters on four cardinal points, with ±5 percent power tolerance and +3 percent dBA noise tolerance
