Coil Cutting Service

A flat sheet of material is not actually produced by a mill as a flat sheet. In reality, a flat sheet of material starts its life as part of a coil of material. A cut-to-length machine will uncoil the material, level it, and then cut it to the required length and stack it. The end product produced by a cut to-length machine is a flat sheet of material cut to a very precise length tolerance.

Modern technology for laser Co2 and fiber laser cutting metals of all kinds based on German technology, which highlights the precision and shear strength of metals and maximum thicknesses in iron cutting to 25 mm, aluminum and stainless steel to 20 mm copper to 8 mm.

PVD Coloring - Coloring for stainless steel surface and fabricate products using PVD technology (physical vapor deposition) in a variance of colors as Gold, Champagne Gold, White gold, Rose Gold, Bronze, Rose Red, Dark grey and Black. colors also customizable to match the client needs. Nano Coating - Anti-Finger Print AFP coat by applying nano layer in different texture like gloss, matt and antique finish.

The cold working process improves the dimensional tolerances of the bar, the straightness, and the surface appearance and enhances the physical properties of the steel. All cold-drawn bars are also produced with our in-line proprietary surface inspection equipment.

Mirror Finish - Production of stainless steel sheets mirror finish (8K) and super mirror finish (12K) produced as single face or double face. Brushed Finish - Production of stainless steel sheets Hairline finish (HL) and Satin finish (N4) produced as single face or double face.
