  • Profix SRA22 is a chemical mould release agent. Profix SRA22 chemical mould release agent is a specially formulated blend of mineral oils and selected additives. It is supplied as a low viscosity, pale straw-colored liquid. On the mould, Profix SRA22 provides a chemical release action that is superior to that provided by normal oilbased release agents. Entrapment of air bubbles at the mould surface is minimized, reducing surface blemishes and substantially reducing remedial costs. As well as improving cast concrete surfaces, Profix SRA22 also minimizes damage to form surfaces. Corrosion on steel moulds is reduced. On all mould types of the easier release and reduced residue minimize the chance of damage to the mould surface during stripping and cleaning.

This capacity expansion has made JK Cement among the top 3 White Cement manufacturing groups in the world. The plant is specially designed to switch from one product to another (White to Grey Cement & vice-versa) as per market demand. This “Composite Dual Process Cement Plant” is one of the first of its kind in the world.

Today JK White Cement UAE is enjoying premium in terms of quality, innovation, pricing, market capturing and coverage.
