  • PROFIX WPC33 is a two-components acrylic reinforced cementitious waterproof coating that requires only mixing on site to form waterproof coat for concrete, masonry and other construction and concrete solutions. PROFIX WPC33 provides an excellent waterproof protection coat to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases. PROFIX WPC33 consists of cementitious binders, fine-grained selected aggregates, special chemical additives, biocides and liquid synthetic acrylic polymers. Its blend is a composition of Part A Cementitious Powder and Part B liquid synthetic polymer
  • COVERAGE : Application by trowel, brush or roller : Approx. 1.6 kg/m² per mm of thickness. Spray Gun Application : Approx. 2.2 kg/m² per mm of thickness

JKCL under the banner of its subsidiary JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC has set up a green field white cement manufacturing plant in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

The plant has been set up in association with Fujairah Investment Establishment (A Govt. of Fujairah Undertaking).

The company has commenced its commercial production from September, 2014 and is now supplying White Cement, Drymix products and Construction Chemicals solutions to more than 40 countries around the world.

The dual process cement plant of JK Cement Works (Fujairah) FZC has a capacity either to produce 0.6 MnTPA of White Cement or 1.0 MnTPA of Grey Cement. This capacity expansion has made JK Cement among the top 3 White Cement manufacturing groups in the world. The plant is specially designed to switch from one product to another (White to Grey Cement & vice-versa) as per market demand. This “Composite Dual Process Cement Plant” is one of the first of its kind in the world.

Today JK White Cement UAE is enjoying premium in terms of quality, innovation, pricing, market capturing and coverage.
