Soft Surfaces General Contracting, established on July 1st, 2022, by founders and managing partners Hammad Ur Rehman (COO) and Turki Bader Al Sabihah (CEO), both of whom have over a decade of experience, specializes in the construction of sports infrastructure across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and beyond. The company is dedicated to designing and building superior quality and affordable sports courts turnkey projects from conception to completion. This includes comprehensive feasibility studies, conceptualization, architectural and engineering design, state-of-the-art construction, financing, procurement, equipping and furnishing, and operational services. Under the leadership of Mr. Hammad Ur Rehman, an MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management in New Delhi, known for his expertise in sales and marketing and successful closure of mega projects like Qiddiya, Neom, and Red Sea Sports packages, and Engr. Turki Bader Al Sabihah, a landscape architect from Dammam University recognized for timely project deliveries and experience in installing over 1 million square meters of sports infrastructure, the company strives for excellence and innovation in every project.
