Ultra Foxim EC is an organophosphate insecticide in the form of a concentrated emulsifiable liquid. It contains the active ingredient Foxim 15%. It works on contact against a wide spectrum of disease-carrying insects such as mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, ants, and fleas. It is characterized by its rapid effect, as it inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase in the insect's nervous system, leading to paralysis and death. It is used in public health programs using thermal spraying or ultrafine vapor (ULV)
