Service Description We fabricate sheet metal as per customers design as well we can provide services in design and development of the products based on the customer’s requirement. We offer sheet metal fabrication services, ranging from Laser Cutting, CNC punching or MIG/TIG welding. Our facility is equipped to handle Prototype, Short & long run production work. We specialize in precision sheet metal components and can produce sheet metal parts for any other application. CPC can produce sheet metal assemblies & subassemblies using stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, cold rolled material. We also specialize in producing Polycarbonate & acrylic lighting diffusers and domes for Indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures. CPC offers a number of standard services to make our customer’s custom design of sheet metal and procurement process simple and cost-effective. The typical product development/production cycle would involve - Design of product and/or build Prototype for approval as per drawing. Production as per approved prototype. The job could be either high or low volume.
