Service Description The SCADA business line provides the operating systems needed to monitor and control distributed control systems (DCSs) across large networks of pipelines, roads, railways, or factory assembly lines, where simple automation of electromechanical operations is required. The SCADA business line also includes programmable logic controllers (PLCs), remote terminal units (RTUs), smart appliances, and smart metering systems. Complex critical infrastructure networks such as electricity, water, oil, air, marine, and rail must operate safely, reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
