Service Description A concrete pile is a component in a pile foundation which is driven or cast into the ground to ensure that a foundation is deep enough to distribute the weight of a finished structure safely. Cast in situ piles (bored piles) provide a versatile alternative to driven piles. The drilling method allows excavation in a wide variety of soil conditions, dry or water logged and can also penetrate through low capacity, soft rock formations.
