Service Description We offer a complete one-stop solution for all production component needs through our Plastics division, providing Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Thermoforming services. Our plastic injection molding process produces high-quality parts by injecting molten plastic into molds, utilizing machines up to 2000 tons and manufacturing parts weighing up to 9 kg; customers may supply their own molds or rely on us to design and manufacture molds locally or overseas. Blow molding is used to produce hollow components such as bottles, sleeves, clamps, and small tanks, while thermoforming involves heating ABS, PVC, or PP sheets and shaping them over male or female molds, commonly used for custom packaging and artificial stone plastic molds in the construction sector. In addition to full-scale production, we also provide mold design, manufacturing, and comprehensive maintenance services.
