  • Heat Strengthened Glass is a semi-tempered glass that is considered the first technical choice for façade glazing applications due to its resistance to spontaneous breaking and has reduced roller wave distortion. Resistance to Thermal Stress: ≥ 2 times than Annealed Glass. Maximum Operating Temperature: 120 C. Fracture: Breaks into large pieces, remains in the original place and does not fall. Quality: Full compliance with all the latest international safety standards, including EN 1863. Applications: Windows or curtainwall systems where full protection is not required. Façade glazing applications where full protection is not required. Not applicable to bolted frameless glazing applications. Use HS laminated glass in Sloped Glazing for a wide variety of architectural applications that require sufficient strength to resist stress caused by the absorption of solar energy and forces of deflection caused by intense wind and dead loads.
