Service Description GRP Cladding & Components services include concept and material fit where they review architectural and landscape requirements to advise GRP for lightweight, corrosion-resistant or complex shapes, detailed design and 3D modelling to define thickness, ribs, joints and interfaces with steel or aluminium frames, moulds and lamination strategy where they design and fabricate moulds and define fibre orientation and reinforcement zones, manufacture and quality control with controlled resin–fibre lamination, curing, trimming and finishing checks, installation and support coordinating GRP interfaces with wood, metal, glass and fit-out works, and finally QA/QC and handover with dimensional checks, shop drawings and maintenance guidelines for long-term performance |
