Service Description GRC Façade Systems services include system selection where they evaluate architectural requirements and recommend GRC, panelization and joint strategy through 3D modelling to break down façades into panels and define joint layouts, fixing design where they engineer brackets, anchors, stud frames, and rails per GRCA standards, mould design and production using timber, GRP, CNC, or steel moulds, GRC casting and curing with controlled mixing, spraying/premix, curing, and demoulding, logistics and installation support including lifting points, packing, transport, and sequencing, and finally QA/QC and handover with dimensional checks, as-built drawings, QA records, and maintenance guidelines |
