• CONCRETE PRIMER OUTSTANDING FEATURES. Select solvent allows for optimum penetration of BITUMAT CONCRETE PRIMER into the surface pores, pin holes and cracks. Absorbs the existing dust and scale thus the resulting surface permits the proper bonding of self-adhesive as well as torchable membranes, in addition to any other bituminous adhesives and coatings. HEALTH AND SAFETY. Flammable; Contains petroleum distillate. Keep away from open fire, sparks or other ignition sources. Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles during application. Fire – Flammable when wet, flash point 35°C. Skin – Avoid repeated or prolonged contact. However, if it occurs, remove with hand cleaner that removes oil or grease, then clean with soap and water. Eyes – Contact could cause irritation. If contact occurs, flush immediately with clean water. Inhalation – Can cause dizziness. Move to fresh air. If dizziness and breathing difficulty persists, administer oxygen and contact a physician. CLEANINg Tools: Clean with kerosene. Hands: Use a hand cleaner or kerosene followed by soap and water.
