Studying the claims submitted from a legal, technical and customs perspective, and preparing reports related to them. It also includes objections to the collection decisions issued by the Authority, as well as objections submitted to the decisions issued regarding customs fines collected and stipulated in the Unified Customs System and its regulations, as well as objections submitted against the decisions of the Primary Committee that fall within its jurisdiction. The location and certificate of origin of the exporting country (viewing the place of manufacture or production of the goods to be exported) is considered a necessary document to identify the nationality of the goods in order to estimate the rates of duties that will be imposed on them or the preferential treatments that will be granted to them.
